Well what do you finally know? I've effected some changes in the site. Most importantly, those yummy recipies on that very page, are now listed for free.Yup, just click away and you'll see the pdf file pop up right before your very eyes.....and you're welcome. Chris Angel's got s**t on me...you know it! I'm glad to see that you're also listening to my archived radio shows. There will be an overhaul on the photos page as well. I can see that you've been streaming the tunes from the Beyond That graveyard lll link on the music page while your cooking my recipies. Finally my site is being used the way I had originally intended it. If you like the archived shows you can tune into my show every Friday night from 9:00pm - midnight at www.cjlo.com.

           I'd like to thank everybody for their continuing support, interest and opinions. To my friends and fans in the U.K.- England, (watch out on those road rockets, and to the scuba crew- always dive with a full tank!), to my mates in Scotland. To all of my family and minions in Germany, India, The Neatherlands, (...cause when you got the munchies...really...nothing else will do). Also to my fans in Japan and down under in Australia/New Zealand and no, I didn't forget you Mark and Edith and the lad down in Tasmania..you stone cold carnivors!

          I'd like to also thank everybody south of the border in Cali, (San Fran, Berkley, San Diego, San Jose, Redondo Beach), Texas,( Country Bob and Big Daddy, keep the charcoal a smolderin' and the hot sauces flowin' ),  my peeps in Vegas, West Virginia, North Carolina, all the guys in Iowa( gone fishin' have you?), Boston, N.Y.C, and last but certainly not least all of the crazy Canuck cooks across this great land from Newfoundland to Vancouver that have grown with me and the site over the last 4 years .
